Basic Muffin Mix- No Added Sugar 400g
(dairy and egg free, no added sugar) Makes 6-8 muffins
Make your own flavoured muffins :
Add a teaspoon of blueberry jam, a few fresh blueberries, and 5mls of vanilla essence, the water and oil and hey presto blueberry muffins. Or
Add lemon zest, a 5mls of vanilla essence and a squeeze of lemon, the water and sunflower oil and hey presto lemon muffins
Make any combination you like!
